INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
lezennoir.com delivers to over 200 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and duty incurred differ from country to country. These are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.
We aim to dispatch all orders within one to two weeks. Estimated delivery timings are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible or liable for any delays caused by the carrier or destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the used cards only (unless specified otherwise at the time of order)
Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it.
If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day. You are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Shamanica cannot be
held liable for any import duties payable on orders made and recommends that all customers make themselves aware of such local charges before ordering. Shamanica.Earth can also not be held liable if local customs officials decide to hold or confiscate the items for any reason.

Customers in India can avail of free shipping.

Make sure you fill out the ‘Returns Label’ sent to you along with your package. Send your item(s) and ‘Return Label’ back to us within 10 days of receiving your order. Returns will only be accepted on unworn, tagged and unused merchandise.
If you’d like to exchange an item because the fit isn’t right, choose the replacement size. Upon receipt of your returned items, you will have the option of availing a full refund (excluding shipping charges) or you can opt to receive store credit which is valid for one year from date of issue. This can be availed on the website.
Items purchased during sales and made to order pieces cannot be returned or refunded. Custom duties, sales taxes and shipping charges are non-refundable through Shamanica.
However, International shoppers may be able to recover the duty by contacting their local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available in all countries, we recommend that you inquire beforehand or hire a customs broker to aid in the same.
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 10 days. Returns outside of these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Shamanica.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS PLACED :
Shamanica accepts order cancellations up to 24hrs after receiving it.

Upon receiving the cancellation request, Shamanica will start processing the refund. This can take up to 10 business days.
